In another Right Place exclusive, we have obtained a copy of the U.S. Constitution, complete with crib notes, from the desk of a Judge on the very liberal U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, who shall rename unnamed. This document, being made public here for the first time, may go a long way towards explaining the behavior of many left wing jurists and politicians in this country, if they are all working from similar copies of the Constitution.
