The supply problem is a huge story. Our local store had 130 kids plop down $50 each to reserve an X-Box, yet received only 22 to sell; that left over 100 customers mad at them and mad at Microsoft.
The story for the 22 is way different from the story for the other 100+, and that latter story hasn't really been picked up yet.
