Google to unwire SF

The only problem with this proposal is that the City of San Francisco doesn't want free wifi, no they'll insist on charging people for it. I'm sure Google can correct their proposal before the final reviews, or some bright bulb on the Board of Supervisors will figure out that they can charge people even if Google is offering it for free.

Google Inc. (GOOG) wants to connect all of San Francisco to the Internet with a free wireless service, creating a springboard for the online search engine leader to leap into the telecommunications industry.
