California Stem Cell Report: A Litany of Losses

Who could have predicted this? I did here, and here, and here. Stem cell research is good, but when governments setup a politically appointed beaurocracy that exempts themselves from many of the ruls of open government and borrows billions from Wall St. to invest in resarch projects, color me concerned.

In the wake of the jubilation over the passage of Prop. 71 less than five months ago, few would have foreseen the current state of affairs.
